Past Estate Sales | Jenior Estate Services

I’ve been telling lots of family and friends how happy we are with Eric’s handling of our estate sale. We’ve told others how well you staged our sale, how attractive it looked on the website and how there were hundreds of photos which brought buyers from miles away to buy individual pieces. We believed when you told us not to throw things away, that you would sell almost everything – and you did, right down to the refrigerator magnets. Stuff we had stored in the attic and basement ‘disappeared!’

We were surprised and gratified at the time you spend preparing for the sale, staying until late into the night washing the glassware and dusting everything. The prep paid off! When you left the attic was clean, the basement was clean, the carpets swept and floors mopped. Then there’s the money. Your charges were less that others we investigated and your services far greater. You earned every penny of your fee and we benefitted greatly from your expertise. We’ll downsize again in a couple of years and we’ll trust you to handle that sale as well!

Eric comes highly recommended with his lifelong passion for collectibles and family heirlooms. Everything was researched and appraised with much knowledge and respect. We were very comfortable handing everything over to Eric during this emotional and difficult time. He went above and beyond to ensure everything flowed smoothly and professionally. His staff was equally professional and kind.

It was so pleasant to work with you and your team. You have restored my faith that some people care about their customer and the service that customer gets. You were consistently calm, fair and caring throughout our business dealings. I respect your professional approach, was very impressed with your abilities and blown away by your caring and honest approach to our tag sale. You made the best of everything we gave you to work with.

Eric is very caring, patient and and excellent at what he does. Everything is personable, beautiful and professionally done. I could not have been more impressed with Eric and his fantastic team.

Exemplary service and care! No matter the size or type of sale, Eric's diligence, white-glove customer service, meticulous staging skills and overall knowledge ensures every sale he touches to be a successful and rewarding experience.

Overly fawning reviews can raise suspicion. Yet I can’t stop myself. The job you did with my aunt’s sale was nothing short of amazing. The sheer quantity of items she possessed was overwhelming, which made the final product – an intelligently and elegantly staged sale within the confines of a smaller, tighter house – all the more miraculous. The obvious skill and respect with which every item was cleaned, grouped and presented, was much appreciated. May aunt’s home and all the items that made up her life were both very well represented.

I could not believe how beautiful you made our home look. You treated my wife with kid gloves as she fretted over what to keep and what to sell. You exceeded my estimates of what we could get from the sale and left our home spotless upon your departure. We could not have asked for more. You delivered far more than promised and always had a smile and pleasant attitude. I wish this was an area where I could utilize your services often, but you are not in such a business. Instead, I would like this letter to stand as my testimonial to your outstanding business practices. Please use me as a reference anytime. I would be glad to stand up for such a stand up guy.

I have found Eric and his team to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. The one thing that impressed me most on my first visit was that I heard Eric thanking people for coming – and he meant it! Considering the nature of this business I have found other operators to be cold and even having an attitude. As if I was doing them a favor in coming. Not so from Eric and his great staff!

Your sales are the best. Your customer services is miles above any competitors and helping load is the biggest help. My back doesn’t allow me to buy much at other sales, but with your help, I can shop at Jenior. Can’t wait to start enjoying your sales again.

Can’t thank Eric and his staff enough for the wonderful job he did with selling my dad’s house contents. From the onset, Eric was so organized. The sale went great and the organization, communication, and pricing of the items was done very professionally. When the sale was completed Eric handled the donation end of things and left the house spotless. We were considering another in town company but are so glad we chose Jenior for the sale. Great job, Eric!
